Current Volunteer Opportunities
Panel Member
Work with young people who have received a Referral Order. Attend panel meetings with Case Managers to agree and review contracts with young people and their parents or carers. The role involves promoting restorative justice, building positive relationships, and supporting young people to make positive changes and achieve better outcomes.
Young Carers
Support the Young Carers team in delivering social activities and group sessions for young carers aged 8–18, including evening and holiday sessions.
Ability Wheelz
Support individuals with disabilities to enjoy adapted cycling activities, helping adjust and maintain bikes, assist with sales, and create a safe, friendly, and inclusive environment for all riders.
Parent and Family Voice
Support parents and families across Oldham by taking part in consultation and discussion groups, helping influence Family Hub services and support for families.
Missing From Home / Youth Justice Service
Work alongside an Engagement Worker to support Return Home Interviews with young people who have been reported missing, helping ensure their voice is heard and supporting plans to keep them safe.
