Careers Guidance
Our Matrix-accredited careers advisers supported [ x ] young people last year. Of those who completed the programme, [ x ]% went on to education, employment or training within three months.
Youth Justice Service
Oldham YJS consistently achieves reoffending rates below the national average. As the only statutory YOT in England and Wales delivered by an independent charitable trust, our model puts rehabilitation at the centre of everything we do.
Young Carers
We've supported young carers in Oldham since 2009. Young people in our programme report improved wellbeing, reduced isolation, and greater confidence in managing their caring responsibilities alongside school and social life.
Alternative Provision
Positive Futures supports young people in Key Stage 3 and 4 who have become disengaged from mainstream education. The majority of completers go on to re-engage with education, training or employment.
Family Help
Our Early Intervention and Prevention service supports families in Oldham before situations escalate. [ x ]% of families supported reported improved ability to manage their situation independently after working with us.
Social Prescribing
Our Link Workers connected [ x ] adults to community support last year, helping reduce isolation and improve mental wellbeing without additional pressure on NHS services.
